We offer nightly rental lodging of three suites and one bedroom. All rooms have remote TV/video, alarm clocks, access to outdoor hot tub and porches, fluffy cotton robes, private bathrooms, and common breakfast area and/or nook. Rooms within the main house have access to the kitchen's refrigerator, stove top and oven, cooking utensils, coffee and tea pot, microwave and outdoor BBQ. The Garden Cottage has it's own breakfast nook and Garden Cottage guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities unless the Main House is rented by a large group or family.

 We also offer "The South House" one the southern 2 acres of the property, Sleeps 8. Add "The Carriage Apartment" above the garage of "The South House" and it sleeps 2-4 more. Contact Innkeeper for more information.
 



 Emily's Room

Comfy Queen size bed with cozy sitting area. Disability accessible with shower and laundry facilities, $89-$99 per night.

Available when the Post Office Suite has not been previously reserved.

 
The Loft Suite

Romantic dormer with King bed/Deluxe Queen sofa bed in sitting room. Private bathroom features double shower and claw foot soaking tub.

  Beautiful view of mountains, pond and gardens. Window can be opened  in early summer to hear the Provo River "Roar". Often used as a honeymoon or anniversary suite, this room rate is $109-$119 per night, add $20 each for additional guests.



 


 Historical Post Office Suite (early 1900's it served as the original Woodland Post Office)

Large master bedroom features King bed, love seat and desk.  The private, attached bathroom has a shower and  laundry facilities.

Rates are $99-$109

Recent changes have incorporated Emily's Room queen sized bed.  Add $20 per additional guest.

Enlarge the suite to include the queen sofa bed in the parlor and this suite can sleep 6 for $169-$189 per night.

The Garden Cottage Suite

Private entrance to this two bedroom suite features 2 Queen beds in separate bedrooms. "Farm" bathroom has a unique bucket shower. Breakfast nook  has microwave, refrigerator and more. Rear sliding door opens to private patio and views of barns, mountains and gardens

While a little cozy for 2 couples, this unit is a great value for one couple at $99-$109 or $129-$139 for 2 couples per night..

ADDITIONAL OVERFLOW KAMAS LODGING:

The Apartment: By special request, the 800 sq. ft. furnished apartment/ "condo"  located above the innkeeper's home garage may be rented for groups, families with young children or people needing an extended stay of one week or more. Cathedral ceilings and king sized log bed master bedroom is separated from the spacious kitchenette/family room by a full bathroom. A  queen sofa sleeper in the family room bring the total number of sleeping accommodations to 4/ $129- $149 per night. Breakfast is not included with the Apartment.

We have enjoyed hosting Women's Conferences, Family Reunions, Old-Friend's gatherings and Wedding Parties and we have used the apartment when we needed to accommodate more than the 14 person capacity at the Inn.

Parents visiting their students at the nearby private boarding High School, Oakley School,  www.oakley-school.com  have enjoyed the apartment/condo because there is an extra bed incase their students have the option to stay overnight with their parents.

We have also greatly enjoyed hosting students attending Alpaca seminars (or investors coming to pick up animals in Woodland) at Linda Gardner's nearby Alpaca Ranch www.bluemoonranch.net
